Optus Telstra Vodafone The visual comparison focuses on significant Australian cities. Optus, Telstra and Vodafone have a long way to go before the 5G network matches the 4G network for land mass and depth of coverage.

Companies are now travelling overseas, and international mobile roaming is increasing. All Telecommunication companies have international roaming day passes or international roaming packs covering all major countries. Australian companies must be aware that Australian Telecommunication Companies have allowed International Roaming on Airplanes using AeroMobile or other providers. When your staff use international roaming on Airplane, these costs aren’t covered by the current Day Passes, and we have seen the cost of up to $200 for Airplane Mobile International roaming cost.

New iPhone SE (3rd) - Available 18.3.22

The 3rd generation Apple iPhone SE will be released on the 18th March 2022. iPhone SE is the entry point to the Apple range of iPhones and has been the preferred choice for Business and Enterprise customers. When comparing the 2nd and 3rd generation iPhones, the primary relevant difference is that the 3rd Generation iPhone is 5G compatible.

Telco complaints down but customers wait longer for help

    New figures released today by the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) show telcos received just over one million complaints in the 2020-21 financial year. The report also found that the average time taken for telcos to resolve customer complaints was 12.2 days.

This release is expected to include new product features and enhancements that aim to improve product usability in the Knox ecosystem. Apple announces Self Service Repair

Apple parts, tools and manuals — starting with iPhone 12 and iPhone 13 — available to individual consumers.   CUPERTINO, CALIFORNIA  Apple today announced Self Service Repair, which will allow customers who are comfortable with completing their own repairs access to Apple genuine parts and tools. Available first for the iPhone 12 and iPhone 13 line-ups, and soon to be followed by Mac computers featuring M1 chips, Self Service Repair will be available early next year in the US and expand to additional countries throughout 2022. Customers join more than 5,000 Apple Authorised Service Providers (AASPs) and 2,800 Independent Repair Providers who have access to these parts, tools and manuals.
