Cloud's the limit!

I was going to write the Sky's the Limit with this role, but Cloud seemed more appropriate!

Our last two mobile helpdesk support staff, after mastering their mobile support role, set their sights on becoming qualified IT specialists.

We are proud to have seen them move onto our Enterprise Mobility Management team, specialising in VMWare AirWatch and Microsoft Intune environments.

First things first

But let's not get ahead of ourselves. First and foremost we need a person who likes to help people, who can listen and communicate clearly on the phone and go the extra mile to guarantee satisfaction.

Let's face it, there is not a lot that is more frustrating to our business customers than not being connected. 

Your role is super important to our reputation because you will be a face (more often voice) of VoicePlus.
