The Smart Fleet Register assigns each laptop and other mobility devices to an individual employee, building towards total transparency of an individual's ICT cost.
Device Staging, Set-Up, and MDM
In line with CCA's aim to create a self-service environment, a process supports each end user to set up their laptop and configure it with MDM tool, Airwatch.
Device Retrieval and Redeployment Program
VoicePlus Control+ software systemises the retrieval of devices from departing employees for redeployment within the business.
Building on the success of the Mobile Device Lifecycle Program, VoicePlus has added the laptop fleet into the automated program.
On a weekly basis CCA provides an update of its Human Resource listing for VoicePlus software to extract the data of employees departing the business or moving cost centres within the business.
A workflow of automated emails, combined with a dedicated page on the Atrium SmartPortal, manages the process of retrieving the device for redeployment elsewhere in the business.
