VoicePlus provides more than 100 customer portals as a key component of its Essentials+ and Atrium+ solutions.
These portals are the delivery platform for an integrated and secure mobile management environment for VoicePlus customers.
VoicePlus has migrated its 100+ customer ordering portals to T-Cloud providing a range of business benefits, explains VoicePlus Professional Services Team Leader, Anu Mathur.
Until last weekend the portals were hosted on in-house front-end servers. But the growth of the business meant that those servers were reaching 80% capacity and did not allow further scalability.
"Moving the portals to T-Cloud has provided room for continued growth, increased reliability and security, and allowed VoicePlus to leverage Telstra's superior back-up and data connectivity tools," says Anu.
"Our customer portals are a critical business tool. The migration to T-Cloud was transparent for our customers, but for the future of the business it was a critical move."
