Following a month of severe shortages - and at times zero supply - VoicePlus is now starting to receive small numbers of its back orders of the iPhone 5S.

Supply of the 5S has been limited and sporadic since the announcement last month of the new model iPhone 6S and 6SPlus.

Only the Apple retail and online stores have had reliable supply.

"At this time all the 5S handsets we have received have been allocated to back orders we have. Some of our customers have been waiting for four weeks for this iPhone. Unfortunately there is a shortage of supply into Australia and supply is still unpredicatable" says VoicePlus Dispatch Manager, David Gauntlett.

Meanwhile there is a severe constraint on supply of the new iPhone 6S and 6SPlus.

"Supply can change very quickly but just now we are unable to order the new iPhone 6S or 6SPlus from Telstra. It could be another month before supply of those two new iPhones becomes more predictable.

"Also the iPad Mini 4 is experiencing a global shortage. There is no ETA for the iPad Mini 4 into Australia currently and the only availability of this product is through the Apple stores," David said.
